Cookie Policy
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Nutrición Energética uses, for what purpose, who manages them and how you can accept, reject or withdraw your consent to them at any time, in accordance with Article 22.2 of the LSSI (Spanish Information Society Services Act), the ePrivacy Directive and the Guidance on the Use of Cookies issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Analytics cookies and advertising/campaign-measurement cookies are only installed if you give your consent. Until you accept, the consent management platform (Google Consent Mode v2) keeps those categories set to denied by default, and no tracking cookies are loaded.
1. Strictly necessary cookies
Essential for the platform to function (logging in, remembering preferences and recording your decision about cookies). They do not require consent, but you can block them from your browser (if you do, you will not be able to log in).
| Cookie / key | Controller | Purpose | Duration (approximate) |
|---|---|---|---|
__Secure-better-auth.session_token | Nutrición Energética (first-party) | Identifier for your active login session. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax. | 30 days or until you log out |
__Secure-better-auth.session_data | Nutrición Energética (first-party) | Minimal state of your session (user ID). Same security attributes. | 30 days or until you log out |
nutener:consent-v1 (localStorage) | Nutrición Energética (first-party) | Records your decision about cookies (granted / denied) in order to evidence it and to avoid showing you the notice again. | Until you delete or change it |
nutener:cookies-aviso (localStorage) | Nutrición Energética (first-party) | Remembers that you have already seen the cookie notice. | Until you delete it |
nutener:currency (localStorage) | Nutrición Energética (first-party) | Currency preference displayed on /planes/ (EUR, USD, GBP, BRL, MXN, JPY or AUD). The actual charge is made by Stripe in EUR. | Until you delete it |
Additionally, if you use the /protocolo/ assistant, we store in localStorage the keys nutener:protocolo:v1 (your answers: constitution, active season, objective) and nutener:protocolo:consent (confirming that you agreed to store them locally). This data may be regarded as health data (Art. 9 GDPR); it is requested anonymously, resides exclusively on your device and is NOT transmitted to any third party or to our servers. Clear it from your browser settings to delete it.
2. Analytics cookies
These allow us to measure, on an aggregated basis, how the platform is used in order to improve it. They are only loaded if you accept them.
| Service | Controller | Purpose | Legal basis | Duration (approximate) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 (GA4) | Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC | Aggregated measurement and statistics on use of the website (with anonymised IP). Managed through Google Consent Mode v2, set to denied by default. | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) | Up to 24 months (GA4 cookies) |
3. Advertising and campaign-measurement cookies
These allow us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. They are only loaded if you accept them.
| Service | Controller | Purpose | Legal basis | Duration (approximate) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC | Measurement of advertising campaign conversions. Managed through Google Consent Mode v2, set to denied by default. | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) | Up to 24 months |
Google acts as the controller of the GA4 and Google Ads cookies. You can review how it processes data in Google's privacy policy and in its information on cookies and similar technologies. Since these categories start as denied by default (Consent Mode v2), without your consent Google does not install analytics or advertising cookies in your browser.
4. Third-party cookies when playing video or making a payment
When you play a video, Vimeo embeds its own cookies to manage playback and prevent fraud. We enable "Do Not Track" mode (dnt=1) in the player so that Vimeo does NOT collect analytics or advertising data about you — only what is strictly necessary to play the video. You can review Vimeo's cookie policy for details. Vimeo's cookie policy.
When you initiate a payment, Stripe Checkout (hosted by Stripe) manages its own cookies to process the transaction. See Stripe's cookie policy for details. Stripe's cookie policy.
5. How to accept, reject or withdraw your consent
On your first visit we display a notice where you can "Accept all" or keep "Necessary only". Your decision is saved so as not to repeat the notice. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it (Art. 7(3) GDPR): click the button below to reopen the panel and change or withdraw your choice. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings.
Puedes cambiar o retirar tu consentimiento para las cookies de analítica y medición de campañas en cualquier momento, con la misma facilidad con que lo diste (art. 7.3 RGPD):
6. Version and change control
We version this policy so that we can evidence which cookie information was in force when you gave your consent. If we change the cookies used, we will update the version and the date and, where applicable, we will request your consent again.
