2. Purpose of the site

This platform offers subscription-based access to a library of video recipes with clinical and diet-therapy guidance, created by Dr. Jorge Pérez-Calvo Soler, a licensed physician and author of the work Alimentos que curan, among others. The content is provided as informational and educational material and does not constitute individualised medical prescription.

3. Intellectual property

The content of the site (videos, transcriptions, photographs, texts, trademarks, designs) is the property of Nutrición Energética y Salud, S.L. or of its respective owners and is protected by Spanish and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property. Reproduction, public distribution or transformation without the express authorisation of the company is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

The user undertakes to use the service in accordance with the law, these terms and conditions, and good faith. The systematic downloading of content, the sharing of credentials with third parties, automated scraping, and the retransmission of the videos through any channel other than the platform itself are not permitted.

5. Liability

The content of the site is provided for informational and educational purposes. Nutrición Energética y Salud, S.L. accepts no liability for the effects arising from improper use or from the application, without medical supervision, of the dietary proposals by persons with diagnosed conditions. Always consult a healthcare professional before making any significant change to your diet.

6. Jurisdiction and applicable forum

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Consumers. If you access the platform as a consumer, the mandatory legal forum established in your favour by consumer protection legislation shall have jurisdiction, which as a general rule is that of the consumer's domicile (Article 90.2 of the TRLGDCU and applicable procedural legislation). No clause submitting disputes to courts other than these may be enforced against you.

Non-consumer relationships. Solely in relationships between professionals or businesses, and in accordance with clause thirteen of the platform operating agreement, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
